Shipping

We will ship your order as soon as possible, following receipt of payment confirmation. Where possible, we shall endeavour to ship the order the same working day that it is received on our system.

However, please note that in certain circumstances it may take 3-5 days for your goods to be dispatched.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your order’s unique reference number.

We will, under normal circumstances, dispatch your item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of your order (Mon-Fri).
We use a 24-hour courier service, or Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items.


Returns & Customer Satisfaction
 

We operate a hassle-free returns policy. Our policy allows end users 30 days to evaluate an item to determine suitability for proposed use. To qualify for a refund, any items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day period, items may be returned only for warranty repair or, at the option of Circuit Specialists Europe Ltd, replacement.

Heating Elements: We regret that we are unable to extend the warranty to include heating elements. This is due to the fact that we are unable to monitor correct usage of the units we sell,. Heating elements can easily be damaged by overheating or incorrect operation / cool down of the station. In the event that the unit arrives with a damaged / malfunctioning element (i.e. unit blows only cold air, or temperature fluctuates wildly), we will replace the element provided that the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery of the new station.

In order to allow us to process your return quickly and efficiently, we ask that you pay attention to the following instructions:

To return an item for refund - return it to Circuit Specialists along with the proper RMA Form.

  • Item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, including original packaging and instructions
  • Please enclose a copy of your original order invoice

  • All returned items shipped to Circuit Specialists Europe Ltd. must be packaged properly


Please double box all returns using an outer packing carton equal to or better than the outer shipping carton it was shipped to you in. Failure to do so may result in damage to the item being returned including the container the item is packaged in. Failure to ship in an outer shipping carton equal to or better than the one used in the original shipment to you, may disqualify or reduce the amount refunded or may disqualify an item for warranty service if it incurs shipping damage due to improper packaging.

Please do not damage, deface or add any markings to the original manufacturer’s packaging. Failure to comply may decrease your refund up to 20% to cover repackaging.

Any defective or incorrect item may be returned by mail or courier and must include the proper RMA Form.

If for any other reason you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may return it for a refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We also request that you complete the RMA Form.in this instance in order that your request may me processed as quickly as possible.


Please note that shipping costs (within Europe) will be refunded only if:

  • a) The product was damaged during delivery
  • b) The wrong item was shipped
  • c) The item was ‘Dead on Arrival’.

Customer damage is not covered by warranty.

We recommend using a shipping method that requires a delivery signature.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for shipments to and originating from outside the EU.
