Temperature Controlled Heated Platform to Assist with BGA Rework
The BK 2050-HOTPLATE is yet another new addition to the BlackJack SolderWerks range.
The unit provides the user with a temperature controllable platform on which to clean and reball BGA chips.
A handy alignment tool is also included.

The BK 2050 HOTPLATE runs on UK and EU mains power. The heating element generates heat by resistance heating.
